Our youth group attends both national and Michigan youth gatherings. This year we attended the 2016 LCMS (Lutheran Church Missouri Synod) National Youth Gathering in New Orleans. Attending a youth gathering is a great way to grow in your faith by meeting new friends from far away places, attending topical sections based on your interests to learn what God has to say, and spending time away from home with your small group in Christian fellowship. Next Up: 2017 Michigan District LCMS Youth Gathering
In the summer of 2017, June 25 – 28, we will be attending the Michigan District Youth Gathering on Mackinac Island. Under the theme, “The Fortress,” youth from all over Michigan will gather to celebrate Jesus, our rock and our deliverer. Speakers include 321 Improv, Bob Lenz, Brian Pruitt, Bill Yonker and more!
