ATHLETICS

WELCOME TO THE PEACE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT

We hope this site will assist our families in communicating the many activities that the Peace Lutheran School Athletic Department has to offer. If you ever have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us.

ATHLETIC NEWS

SPIRIT WEAR SALE PROGRAM

The Spirit Wear will be open after Labor Day.  Stay connected by reading the Peace Connections on official open dates

Volleyball

The 2020 Volleyball season is being planned as usual, however we are still uncertain if we will be able to take the court.  In preparation that we will be able to, the Peace Athletic department needs to know how many girls will be playing next year.  If your daughter is in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade, please email Mr. Trent to let him know if they will be playing in the fall.

Peace Athletic Association annual Golf Outing

Thank you to all who supported and participated in last year’s Panther Prowl. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, this years golf outing is canceled.  Stay tuned for details about next years outing.

SOCCER

The 2020 soccer season is being planned as usual, however we are still uncertain if we will be playing this fall.  In preparation for a potential season, the Peace Athletic department needs to know whether your son or daughter is interested in playing.  The rule for girls to be able to join us still holds to fewer the 14 boys available in 6-8th grade to make up the team.  Please email Mr. Trent and let him know if your athlete will play soccer in the fall.

Supporting Peace Athletics

To keep our athletic program from becoming a pay to play program, we rely on ticket and concession sales throughout the sport seasons.  We also have our annual golf outing to help raise funds.  If you would like to help support the athletic program, you can participate in our golf outing or you may donate with the Paypal (available soon).  Thank you for all your support.

ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of the Peace Lutheran athletic program is to assist students in developing their God-given athletic abilities while teaching life skills such as cooperation, self-sacrifice, leadership, fair play, good sportsmanship, and a common concern for others.
